M. Lambe Construction appointed to Kier Living’s regeneration scheme

We have been appointed to work on the latest phase of Kier Living’s £40m regeneration of the Primrose Estate in King’s Norton, Birmingham.

Named development partner by Birmingham City Council’s Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust, Kier Living will deliver circa 300 new houses, public open space, infrastructure upgrades, junctions and highways, and a new superstore.

Our £7.6m contract is for the infrastructure works, including: Section 38 adoptable roads, sewers and services – gas, water, electric and communications, and the formation of foundation bases for 215 new houses.
