M. Lambe Construction to work on Avant Homes’ Cadley Village development

Birmingham-based civil-engineering company, M. Lambe Construction has been appointed by housebuilder, Avant Homes as a construction partner on its new Cadley Village development.

Located in Swadlincote, the 207-home development is 10 miles south of Burton-Upon-Trent and will feature a range of two, three, four and five-bedroom properties.

The scope of M. Lambe Construction’s works will include the earthworks strategy, formation of on-site roads and sewers as well as the constructions of the Cadley Village plot works.

Avant Homes’ Swadlincote development will be part of a wider project within Cadley Park, which is set in the National Forest. This will deliver 600 new homes, a country park, a golf course and 4,000 sq ft of commercial and leisure development including a family pub.
