Overview
The initial contract included the foundations for 243 new homes, on-site infrastructure works (including: Section 38 adoptable roads, sewers and services – gas, water, electric, IT and communications) and an extensive upgrade to the existing highways, comprising of new roundabouts and road junctions.

Challenges
During the tender stage, our pre-construction team worked with the clients to develop an optimised ground modelling strategy. Our design support continued throughout the duration of the contract to ensure the maximum amount of surplus materials were retained on site.
