Overview
Hanwell View is a development of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses in Banbury, Oxfordshire. Bellway Homes appointed us to carry out all civil engineering works for: 512 homes, 3.3km of new adoptable roads and 840m off site sewer connections.

Challenges
The main challenge was the construction of a 68,000m3 engineered acoustic bund running along the length of the M40. We worked with Bellway Homes to design a ground modelling solution to value engineer site-won material – that was otherwise destined for a landfill site – back into the scheme.
