M. Lambe Construction has secured three new contracts with Countryside, one of the UK’s leading home builders specialising in placemaking and regeneration.

The first contract, in Littlethorpe, covers the installation of the plot works for 46 new homes, section 278 works, on-site roads and sewers, and attenuation.

The scope of works for the second contract includes section 278 works, on-site roads and sewers, and the plot works at Hinckley. On completion, the scheme will deliver 54 new homes to the local community.

The final contract will see the specialist install the deep drainage, on-site roads and sewers, and the plot works for 44 new homes at South Hykeham.
