The much coveted title is presented to site managers and their teams: in recognition of site quality, planning and programming, technical knowledge and health & safety.

The winning developments are Alder Court at Leighswood Road, Aldridge and Brueton Place, Blossomfield Road, Solihull.

Our relationship with McCarthy & Stone goes back over 10-years and during this time, we have successfully helped deliver on its pledge to provide the housing market with: exceptionally high-quality, well designed retirement properties.

Michael Lambe, Director, said of the relationship: “What has stood us apart, has been our commitment to continuous improvement. We are never satisfied with just delivering an excellent job. It is all about adding value and exceeding our clients’ expectations.

“We are extremely dedicated to our customers, investing heavily in the latest plant, technology, training and health and safety so that our team and solutions are the best. This is why I am delighted that a further 2 schemes, 5 in total this year, have been recognised with ‘NHBC Pride in the Job’ awards.”
