We have been appointed to work on Miller Homes’ new Southwell scheme in Nottinghamshire.

Our contract will see us undertake infrastructure works, including: Section 38 adoptable roads, installation of Section 104 drainage, and the formation of sub-structures for 67 new homes.

We will also be performing minor 278 works & foul outfall, which runs through the adjacent existing highway. Due to the confined nature of the works, extensive traffic management is required in order to complete.
