M. Lambe Construction promote mental health awareness

As part of mental health awareness week, which runs from Monday 13 to Sunday 19 May, we are promoting our ongoing mental health programme to ensure all our staff feel supported in the workplace.

Unveiled during last year’s mental health awareness week and overseen by our wellbeing manager, all staff receive the necessary information and education to be able to spot the signs of poor mental health, information on what to do and the details of who to contact for support.

Michael Lambe, M. Lambe Construction, director, said: “We are fully committed to providing a workplace environment where people have the confidence to discuss their health problems and know that we are here to support them, not judge them.”

“We employ some very talented people and I believe that by investing in them – through training, career development and wellbeing – they will remain loyal and want to work with us for many years to come.”
