Overview
We were appointed by Lovell Partnerships to carry out civil engineering works for this prestigious mixed-use regeneration development located between Derby city centre and the railway station, consisting of 164 new homes and 16,500 square feet of commercial space.

Challenges
The package included extensive remodelling of the surrounding highways and the high specification upgrade of the boulevard connecting the Westfield Shopping Centre to Derby Train station.
