Overview
The provision of 170 new 3-5 bed homes along with 8,500m2 of new section 38 highway – including adoptable and private drainage. The project also includes large scale earthworks for a new attenuation pond along with complex bridge & culvert works to maintain existing watercourses. We also applied soil stabilisation to a waterlogged and damaged area of the site. The solution delivered a durable, loadbearing haul road.
